FAQ's

This page shares frequently asked questions that people have regarding the charity. For more specific information regarding events, please see the information sent out to you or feel free to contact us directly by using the message form on the home page.

What if I can't afford to pay for an event?

As a charity, we want all people to have a chance to attend our events and hear the gospel of Jesus, therefore we aim to keep our prices are low as possible. If you still can't afford to attend, please contact us as we may be able to offer discounted prices.

Do you always talk about Jesus?

As a Christian Charity, we believe that Jesus is the way to Heaven and true life, therefore we will always give opportunities to hear about Jesus.

Staffing

Depending on the event, we may use staff or volunteers from Freedom Camps and/or from local Churches or Christian Organisations. They will always have DBS checks and various training, depending on their role to offer a great experience to all. There will be a First Aider present at all our events.

What if I have a complaint or concern?

First of all, please speak directly to our Charity Director, Ed Pascoe. If you feel like it has not be resolved, please contact our Chair of Trustees or Safeguarding officer. Their details can be found on the TEAM page of our website. You can also contact the Charities Commission or our safeguarding advisors thirtyone:eight
